H2 Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work at Linden Village Personal Care Home, an Assistant Living Facility located in Lebanon, PA.
This position will treat and evaluate primarily orthopedic caseloads with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, athletes, industrial / return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, and performance enhancement programs.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Experience: Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred; however, "new grads are welcome!"
Qualifications:- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
- Physical Therapist Assistants must have an Indirect supervision license
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be comfortable working in an Assistant Living Facility with the geriatric population
- Must pass required background checks
Facility Hours: Monday to Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Job Type: Part-time (about 24 hours per week)
