      Position Overview:ZENETEX has become a major force in the field of aircraft maintenance. We proudly support all four branches of the military in performing Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level aircraft, ground vehicle, and component maintenance. We employ over 700 qualified Aircraft Mechanics across the United States and overseas.    We have an immediate opportunity for an Intermediate  Aircraft Electronics Technician/ Avionic Technician (Mechanic II) to support our Contractor Field Team at FRCW Det China Lake NAWS. This is a union position with a salary of $40.67/HDescription:The Electronics Technician Maintenance II applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers’ manuals or similar documents. Specific duties may include and are not limitied to:- Familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence, in selecting tools, testing instruments, and is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices.
      - Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and replacement of parts,
      - Broad knowledge of aircraft Night Vision
      - This technician works under immediate supervision and achieves technical guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level technician.
      Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required
      - A minimum of 5 years of Aircraft Maintenance Avionics  
      - Must have basic knowledge of electrical theory
      - Knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers.
      - Working knowledge of technical publications
       Physical Demands      - Work will require a high level of hand dexterity and finger use in both hands, close vision corrected/uncorrected to 20/20, prolonged periods of standing and sitting in combination with stooping, bending, reaching, pulling, and pushing, as well as ability to lift 25lbs and over with assistance.
      Work Environment (ADA)    
      - May be required to work in areas in the hangar and on the flight line that are noisy and dusty. May be exposed to moderate discomforts, such as heat, cold and wind. May be required to wear personal protective equipment, when applicable.    
      Security Clearance:- This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a Background Check.
