The Director of Community Standards/Title IX Investigator serves as the chief conduct officer providing an environment that supports an educational approach to manage, track, and resolve issues regarding student behavioral matters. The Director is specifically responsible for the leadership and administration of processes that prioritize equity, respect, accountability, and resilience, and encourages student involvement with shared responsibility. The Director supports an understanding of the role of a student conduct program in overall student engagement, retention, and success.
The Director is a member of the Title IX team serving as Deputy Coordinator and lead investigator as well as assisting with efforts regarding campus education on topics related to Title IX and compliance. The Director serves as a member of the Student Affair team working collaboratively to support the health, safety, and success of students.
Master’s degree in higher education administration, judicial affairs, social/behavioral science, counseling or related area preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Must have 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs in a college or university setting.
