Marketing Manager - Remote - WI/MI
What you will do
You will manage strategic marketing programs for the Fire Suppression Business Unit by providing marketing expertise to develop and execute integrated marketing plans, expand channels and customer influence, drive comprehensive launch efforts, and create strong and effective digital and traditional marketing strategies.
This role can sit remotely in Wisconsin, Upper Peninsula of MI, or Chicagoland.
How you will do it
Evaluate product marketing needs and develop integrated marketing programs for the Fire Suppression Special Hazards product portfolio to increase market share and drive growth.
Lead marketing efforts for large, global product launch programs, campaigns, major tradeshows and events.
Partner with regional marketing team members to identify audience and channel marketing requirements, and effectively implement marketing campaigns for all global regions.
Research and maintain database of competitive marketing programs globally.
Analyze market research results and recognize current trends in the Fire Suppression industry and the needs and desires of customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product management, engineering, learning amp; development, business development managers, and legal to produce effective marketing materials.
Communicate with externally sourced vendors, suppliers and agencies to deliver marketing programs.
What we look for
Required- Bachelorrsquo;s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.
- Minimum 5 years in a strategic product marketing role in a manufacturing or industrial industry.
- Ability to think critically and systemically to develop effective strategies and achieve accountable business results.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment to effectively balance business, regional, and functional priorities for win-win results.
- Ability to collaborate and work globally.
Preferred- Fire Suppression industry experience is ideal.
- International marketing experience.
