We’re inclusive and collaborative and united around the world by an unwavering commitment to deliver innovative infection control solutions that improve indoor air quality for clinicians, patients and consumers across the globe. Key Responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will drive towards achieving quarterly and annual targets through the management of assigned accounts. Building relationships with end user organizations via telephone and sales development technologies, you will seek to maximize the revenue opportunities within your region. Your role will also involve: - Developing and engaging with a virtual sales team to win opportunities- Being actively involved in strategic deals with the customer success team and end customers- Using CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of sales cycle- Using telephone and other IT tools to remotely interface with customers to present Novaerus’ value proposition- Developing best practices for collaboration, resource virtualization and productivity- Co-ordinating activities with Marketing, Inside Sales and Sales Management on a regular basis- Developing accounts that will bring incremental revenue today and in the future Key Requirements To be considered as an Account Executive, you will need: - At least two years of sales experience (phone sales required)- Strong interpersonal, analytical and computer skills- To have consistently achieved sales quotas and forecasted revenue targets- A team player mentality, flexibility and an adaptable nature to change in both type and size of projects- Excellent verbal and written communication skills A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience would be beneficial to your application.
