The Project & System Support Analyst role with Allegiant Home Care in Brooklyn, NY may be perfect for you.POSITION SUMMARY The Project and System Support Analyst will be responsible for organizing projects and providing ongoing system support for shared business systems. The analyst will be responsible for creating and monitoring project plans, schedules, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The role will also serve to support business systems including HR systems, IT infrastructure, EMR, EVV, text message service, reporting tools, and team website. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring system issues and partnering with the appropriate teams to track and resolve. The analyst has the responsibility to manage the resolution and hold team members accountable necessary actions. The role will also be responsible for supporting ongoing education and training for shared business systems.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
      - Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
      - Serve as owner of business systems supporting the daily use, monitoring issues, supporting issue resolution, and partnering with external vendors.
      - Support training, education, and coaching on business systems for all end users within the organization.
      - Document and maintain training materials to support use of business systems.
      - Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
      - Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
      - Ensuring project deadlines are met.
      - Determining project changes.
      - Providing administrative support as needed.
      - Undertaking project tasks as required.
      - Developing project strategies.
      - Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
      - Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
      - Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
      - Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
      - Other duties as assigned.
      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
      - Three years of experience in a related field.
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
      - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
      - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      - Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
      - Ability to work on tight deadlines.
      - Experience coordinating projects or project activities.
      - Excellent interpersonal skills.
      - Ability to build relationships across the organization and work in multiple functional areas.
